Malaigo
Lately, I've been trying out and tweaking different recipes for malaigo. Some recipes have come out well, others not so well. My main problem is the lightness and airiness of the cake. The flavor is just about there, but I'm having trouble with making it lighter. Any suggestions? Feel free to write them in the comment section below!
