Hello From one foodie to another

I’m making a transition from my hometown of NYC to Austin, the live music capital of the world, with a thriving food culture as well. While Austin may be weird, it's still in Texas. I've never seen a state with so much state pride, but it seems to be a fitting personality. Everything is, indeed, bigger in Texas.
