BANGLA SAHIB GURUDWARA: A meal for all
This Sikh temple cooks a meal for anyone and everyone who visits, every single day. They were making chapatis and two different types of vegetable curries. The entire process is supported by volunteers, people who can spare their time to peel vegetables, roll the dough, or fry the vegetables. At 12pm, they open the doors of a large empty room, all four walls covered with windows. Here they share a meal.

Walking in, there were more hallways filled with these empty containers from the ghee they use to cook.

They have to feed a lot of people, the number of chapatis is a clear indicator of this.

I have never seen a wok this size, with an equally large burner beneath it.
