Chilantro
We've been waiting for a couple weeks to line up our schedules with the Chilantro food truck appearance. We finally made it out and got a dish of their famous Chilantro fries - bulgogi, french fries, Sriracha sauce, and cilantro, which was lovingly removed for me by my friends. Chilantro fries can't be beat. The bulgogi (salty and savory) over crispy fries, all with the additional flavor of spicy Sriracha... *daydreaming about loaded fries*
