smoothies with the roomie

It’s sixty degrees out and a beautiful Saturday morning. After untangling our bikes from the racks, my roommate and I made the quick trip to the local food co-op to get ingredients for smoothies. (We couldn’t resist the idea of fresh focaccia bread, so we have both pre-made and ingredients to make some.) We added a banana to our original berry recipe which conveniently highlighted the maple yogurt flavor. All in all this smoothie was a perfect morning treat. It was fresh and easy to make. More smoothies to come!
